REFUNDS & RETURNS

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product thoroughly before making a purchase or accepting delivery, including will call pickups. Once a purchase is complete, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. If you receive materials that you believe are unsuitable, please contact our customer support team. All claims regarding unsuitable products will be evaluated on an individual basis. Durango Factory Outlet reserves the right to determine, at its discretion, whether a credit or exchange will be provided.
